Right now I am in PANIC!I have been in Poshmark for some 3 years and about 2 I decided to make it may official business, I went well for a while but all of a sudden sales got to a halt. Sent it to her after the weekend I get a note saying it was damaged and she wants to return. Glad you branched out to shopify. I am now waiting for a response as to whos responsible for the return of my ORIGINAL bag as I will NOT accept a bag that isnt mine or intentional damage to my bag because the buyer changed her mind. The answer is no. I just quit Poshmark for the SAME reason. People are so cruel!! Thank goodness I purchase everything on my American Express and I immediately opened a dispute with them. I wrote a comment apologizing and she was just rude to me and leaving unnecessary comments (mind you it has only been 3 days since I mailed it and she may very well receive it tomorrow or the next day because she actually lives close by) . My daughter suggested I go to Poshmark and my criticism besides the constant socializing which is not my cup of tea, is they charge too much for postage in general, and you cant call them that I know of. I have sold a few things that I no longer use and got high ratings, but I always fear that moment when not only do I lose the money I just gained (which is OK for me as long as I get my item back), but also I lose the item itself (cuz of course they have to break it or tear it so that they can do this). Firstly, she was trying to take advantage of someone who was in a very emotional situation, and who knows how many times this ploy has worked in the past for her but I cant be bullied and I wont tolerate a manipulating opportunist having a temper tantrum because I didnt give in to her berating.
